Responsible for the district of Portsmouth and Nashua Seventh-day Adventist Churches. Leading the churches to reach their evangelistic goals and individual spiritual growth.

July 2019 - Present

Representative of the Adventist Development and Relief Agency in Sudan. Person responsible for setting the tone on the strategy and goals of the agency in the country.

Planning and Quality Management Director, Peruvian Union University - Lima

January 2018 - June 2019

Person in charge of the Planning and Development Office of the Peruvian Union University that comprises the offices of expansion, processes and accreditation. Responsible for the elaboration and to foster the execution of annual plans and operational initiatives to accomplish the strategic objectives of the University.

Country Director, ADRA Brasil - Brasilia

January 2015 - December 2017

Representative of the Adventist Development and Relief Agency in Brasil, promoting ADRA´s plan in the eight administrative unions of the Brazilian territory from the office of the South-American Division. Responsible for setting up the strategic goals of the agency and promoting them thru 13 regional offices. During this period was part of the Emergency Response Team of the SAD being deployed to two international emergency crisis as Emergency Response Coordinator for the Ecuador Earthquake of 2016, and to the British Virgin Islands in 2017 after the Irma/Maria Hurricanes. ADRA Brazil moved from a USD 12 million office to a USD 18.5 million managed funds per year during this period.

Country Director, ADRA Rwanda - Kigali

August 2010 - December 2014

Representative of the Adventist Development and Relief Agency in Rwanda. Responsible for setting the strategic goals of the agency. Projected the realignment of specific strategic areas and reorganized the administration expenditure to streamline operations and provide sustainable management. Devised ADRA Rwanda capacity building plan allowing 27 staff members to attend the Andrews IDP Program at once. In 2012 was a member of the Strategic Plan Committee and the Policy Committee of ADRA International. ADRA moved from a USD 5 million office to a USD 11 million managed funds per year during this period.

Regional Director, ADRA Amazonas - Manaus

January 2009 - July 2010

Responsible for the reestablishment of ADRA activities in the Amazon Region in the Northern Brazil Union. Managed the reactivation of the “Luzeiro” medical boats project and construction of the “Luzeiro XXVI” boat. Designed and Implemented the “Sou Nota 10” project. Coordinated two Emergency Responses for the Amazon River Floods in 2009.

Operated the process of establishing the first Radio Program for the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the Amazonas State in Brazil. Coordinated the First Communication Symposium for the Northwestern Union Mission.

Coordinated the overall activities of the church districts of Manacapuru Liberdade and Lírio do Vale in 2008 and 2009 respectively as church pastor. Organized the churches of Caapiranga and Ariaú. Founded the “Alto da Esperança” company in Manaus.

Lead a team of consultants for the preparation of a project of capacity building and empowerment targeted to unoccupied members of the community, alongside with the Programs Director. Responsible for the presentation of the proposal to the Secretaria de Trabalho do Estado de São Paulo, the project sponsor.

Base Cordinator, ADRA Angola - Malange Angola

Coordinated all the activities of ADRA for the Province of Malange. Established partnership with UNICEF and UNFPA for the rehabilitation of Health facilities in the towns of Cacuso, Lombe, Caculama and the Mission of Cuale. Responsible for the reopening of the operations of the Mission of Cuale after 10 years of isolation and interruptions due to civil war.
